Introductory Session adalah session wajib hadir untuk semua warga warga pelajar Chambering whereby sessions ni dihoskan oleh State Committee Bar.
It is basically a sessions where you are introduced to the members of the State Committee Bar.
My Introductory Session was conducted at the Selangor Bar last Thursday (08.09.2011) at around 3.30 pm.
I did not know what to expect or what to bring.
The dress code - black and white. Although it didnt say "professional black and white". I think it is important to adhere to the the professional look because you might want to keep a good first impression on the State Committee Members. I saw that there was a girl arriving with lace black kebaya while her head was covered in hijab and I could see her entire back and her bra straps.. Not cool!! It does not look professional and definitely defeats the purpose of wearing a hijab... But Im not going to get into right now even though it bothers me so much.. Looking pretty is important..but keep the pretty-ness to the professional level, ok?

We were given a small talk on what to expect during the compulsory legal aid programme. I was looking forward to visiting the prison. Unfortunately, the KL Bar chambies are so many that the prison cannot accommodate any students outside KL, so there goes my dream of visiting prison.
We were also given a small talk on how to be a good chambie, the do-s and don't-s and such. And there was a Q&A sessions if we had any inquiries regarding our pupillage period.
Lastly, we were given a form where there was a list of the State Committee Members name and we were supposed to get minimum 5/6 signatures of it. I think this was where the introductory session really began. Upon getting the signature the lawyers would ask questions about yourself and you could use this chance to really make an impression..
The session ended somewhere aroung 5.30 ptg cem tu.. and I hooked up with my friend (awek digi) -(apesal awek digi??? nanti laaa potong saspen pulak).. and her friend (cant remember the name.. mintak maaf sangat2), makan2 di Gold Chilly, SS15, Subang. Pekena Chicken Butter Milk.. Apparently kedai famous for its butter milk dish.
And then, buat decision tergempar yakni nak pi tgk The Smurfs kat Pyramid.. Ooooo I smurfing loving the bluey, smurfs.. They are all smurfanstic...<3
So, itu je la cerita mengenai awek digi.. eh.. tetiba.. Introductory Session.. Moga uols dapat la idea k tentang ape itu Introductory Session..
